CRM and Customer Lifecycle Marketing Lead

PURPOSE
The CRM and Customer Advocacy Lead at Kitco, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases through strategic CRM initiatives.
You will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle, optimizing marketing programs, and leveraging data to deliver personalized and impactful campaigns.
Your expertise in CRM software, loyalty programs, and marketing automation will be critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and optimize marketing programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Lead and optimize the loyalty program to foster customer retention and advocacy.
- Build compelling programs to foster customer loyalty and drive repeat purchases.
- Responsible for communication throughout the customer experience (CX) journey.
- Utilize lead scoring models and customer segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to strategize and design user flows for various customer lifecycle stages.
- Own the customer database and contact strategy, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Maintain the CRM marketing calendar and customer segments for effective campaign execution.
- Build and maintain multichannel journeys, from acquisition to onboarding, nurturing, converting, and driving repeat purchases, and campaign automation while continuously testing and measuring results.
- Oversee social media community management and engagement to enhance customer interactions.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or computer science.
- 3+ years of experience leading customer lifecycle programs on either the client or agency side.
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs and CRM software.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and implementing new marketing technology platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS, and UX design.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and experience leveraging data and analytics to drive results.
- Proven track record of building successful CRM campaigns and delivering personalized content.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to test and learn independently.
- Excellent time and priority management skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong analytical skills.
