CRM Marketing Coordinator

The team:
As a core member of the CRM Team within Marketing, the CRM Coordinator will work closely with key stakeholders across Marketing teams (Sales, Digital, Programs, Regional, Content, Product, and Industry Marketing) to help evolve the company's marketing lead management practice and business systems such as the CRM, Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), and more.
Reporting to the CRM Manager in Marketing, the CRM Specialist will support the digital transformation as it relates to CRM lead management and daily operations.
The coordinator's responsibilities will cover the spectrum of activities related to lead management so you will have both a direct and indirect impact on the company's ability to move leads to opportunities and capture the ROI of our marketing campaigns and activities.
You will have an opportunity to work with an integrated marketing tech stack that connects the CRM to the Marketing Automation, Website CMS, Lead Enrichment, Sales Enablement and Social Media Ad Platforms.
You are a marketer and/or analyst who naturally looks to understand what our organization is trying to achieve and the opportunities to help get us there.
And, your default approach is to collaborate with others in Sales and Marketing, and you pride yourself on your ability to influence and coach.
What your day will look like:
You will be involved in many facets of lead management and CRM operations such as:
- Monitoring our operations to ensure things are running smoothly, recommending improvements along the way
- Running operational reports related to lead lifecycle stages in the CRM (Prospect > MQL > SQL)
- Building or enhancing dashboard in the CRM or Power BI to track CRM data and lead performance metrics
- Documenting our standards and processes (wiki) and contributing to requirements management
- Working closely with Web, SEM and Automation teams to ensure their activities are tracked in the CRM
- Supporting Regional Marketing teams around the work to streamline their daytoday CRM and lead management operations, offering training and helping them troubleshoot when needed
About you:
- University degree in Marketing, Information System (IS) or equivalent practical experience
- 2 or more years of experience in a lead management, marketing automation, or SDR (Sales Development Representative) within a Marketing or Sales department
- Handson operational experience with one or more systems: CRM, Marketing Automation, Lead Enrichment platforms
- Theoretical, or practical, experience and understanding of the sales and marketing funnel, lead lifecycle management, lead scoring and qualification
- Good written & verbal communications; English and French proficiency (spoken and written)
Great if you have:
- Exposed to analytics, ran reports and created dashboards in previous roles
- Experience working for a B2B company in the technology space
- Handson experience working with integrated CRM, marketing automation, and lead enrichment systems
- Handson experience with one or more of these specific systems
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for lead management
- Microsoft Power BI for developing dashboards and data analysis
