Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Contribute to Diamond Canada Group's goal of continued excellence in the London hospitality market
- Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan to deliver exceptional guest service and strong financial results, with the goal of maximizing RevPar
- Work with Senior Management to drive and expand business through sales and marketing channels
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the London area to increase client base
- Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Work with Regional and General Manager to determine guest satisfaction levels, respond to guest feedback, and resolicit business
- Respond to all client requests promptly
- Attend and represent the hotel at industry/community events and meetings
- Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customers, including upcoming events in the London area
- Work with the General Manager to drive sales
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of the London hospitality industry
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Highlymotivated and a selfstarter
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong guest service management skills
