Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual...For this opportunity, you're a great fit if you can- Provide SHP's with the information they need to understand the program and to secure their buy-in to participate- Execute a regular follow-up strategy to ensure existing SHP's remain engaged and newly introduced SHP's stay on track to convert as participants Shepherd SHP's through the program by providing logístical support for in-field activities and liaising with the rest of the team to facilitate bulk movements between program stages- Troubleshoot any issues with the program delivery including on site escalations, delays, missing information, etc- Identify and conduct outreach to other partner organizations that can serve as a source of individual leads for the program

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have- 3+ years of experience in residential energy efficiency and customer relations- Experience delivering a value proposition and removing barriers to program participation- Passionate about energy efficiency with a focus on technology solutions; has demonstrated advocacy throughout education and professional pursuits- Strong oral and written communication skills- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel- A valid G class driver's license- Bachelor's degree preferred
