Business Development Representative
(Lead Generator) who will be responsible for prospecting identified key-decision makers, clearly communicating Company's value proposition, uncovering potential opportunities and ultimately securing business meetings for the Sales team.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Explain sales offers, services and benefits to prospective and existing customers based on call scripts, including handling objections effectively.
- Secure meetings, event and subscription signups, and other actions from prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain Company database (CRM/VRC) and lead generation activity records with accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong selling, customer service, communication, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills
- Able to respond effectively to multiple priorities and execute in a dynamic, fastpaced work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Teamplayer attitude
- Selfmotivated
- Bilingual
- French/English is a must
- Possession of a vehicle, and a valid driver's license is a must
Education:
- Postsecondary education, University/College degree/diploma within a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 12 years related sales and industry experience
