Why This Role Matters

As the Senior Product Manager, Digital Growth & Sales Platforms/Services, your objective is to outline a strategy that enhances PC Financial's digital sales and application processes to support our aims. This position plays a crucial role in boosting customer growth and the profitability of the business by designing and implementing digital experiences for new bank customers across all product categories.

Additionally, you will help establish a product approach within PC Financial Services while reshaping the online experiences for The Mobile Shop, Gift of Choice, and PC Insurance.

You will oversee a top-performing team of Product Owners who craft industry-leading experiences to help customers obtain our products while upholding our risk management and compliance protocols.

Focused on leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance application conversion rates and minimize exposure to risks such as fraud, security, and identity verification, this role requires the Senior Manager to collaborate with a diverse group of technical and non-technical partners to introduce new features, improvements, and architecture that align with business goals and customer demands.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and continuously refine the digital strategy, vision, and roadmap to empower business teams in achieving their P&L objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to pinpoint business hurdles and ensure alignment on the roadmap
  • Lead feature prioritization sessions and collaborate closely with design and development teams to launch features to market while ensuring feasibility, quality, and meeting milestones
  • Maintain seamless operations of digital sales tools and collaborate with frontline staff to gauge customer friction levels
  • Regularly assess core success metrics and identify avenues for refinement and enhancement of features and offerings with innovative technology
  • Formulate solid hypotheses for new product development initiatives and ensure we develop logical solutions
  • Engage in gathering user feedback and translating insights into product development
  • Promote Agile and Product best practices while championing customer-centricity
  • Guide and nurture a team of exceptional Product Owners
What You Bring:
  • The ideal candidate will possess a university degree, preferably in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital product management with a focus on enhancing customer acquisition processes and driving sales
  • Capable of setting a vision that caters to both customer and shareholder objectives and guiding teams towards realizing that vision
  • Proficient in conveying complex ideas and visions through compelling storytelling
  • Skilled in agile development practices and aiding teams in enhancing their practices
  • Effective collaborator with stakeholders across various levels within and outside the organization
  • Capable partner with design teams, collaborating seamlessly to develop outstanding products and features
  • Effective partner with engineering, guiding teams in creating products that align with customer and organizational needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics), agile project management tools (Jira and/or Miro), and remote user testing
