Opportunity Overview
RBC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the digital transformation of our Personal Deposit Account acquisition strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive roadmap to drive growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional agile squad to execute the digital roadmap and drive acquisition results
- Partner with stakeholders to achieve alignment on upcoming and in-flight initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing digital product offerings and create market differentiation
- Leverage data to drive top-of-the-funnel growth and optimize in-funnel conversion
- Monitor progress against objectives and key results through iterative delivery of working software
- Identify opportunities for experimentation and execute experiments to drive optimal results
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant digital product management experience with a background in Agile
- Experience in client acquisition and digital acquisition
- Proven ability to drive results while collaborating with key partners
- Dynamic leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering initiatives
- Established growth mindset and ability to push, pivot, and let go
- Strong communication skills and ability to tell a compelling story
- Demonstrated analytical skills and experience leveraging data to make informed decisions
- Strong business acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing background with experience in mass and targeted campaigns
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or related certification
- Familiarity with sales funnels and experience with sales funnel optimization
- P&L business background: acquisition, engagement, retention, or product management experience
