Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent development strategies targeting successors and ensuring organizational stability.

  • Support managers in talent evaluation processes and strategic projects related to succession planning.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership as a key resource for successors, influencing stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Monitor talent processes, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for talent mobilization.
  • Contribute to the design of tailored development programs aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze talent data, track performance metrics, and offer insights to enhance leadership development efforts.

Team and Environment:

You will work with a team of 4 colleagues in the Employee Experience sector, reporting to the Senior Director. Your team plays a vital role in driving the Bank's cultural transformation, focusing on leadership development and talent growth to create a dynamic workplace and prepare future leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with substantial experience in HR or organizational development.
  • Proficiency in project management, communication, change management, and autonomy.
  • Strong presentation, analysis, and written communication skills.
  • Good emotional intelligence, collaboration skills, and adaptability.
  • Experience in facilitation, presentation, and leadership development, with leadership and team certifications as a plus.
