Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent development strategies, targeting future leaders and ensuring organizational risk management.
  • Collaborate with HR partners, Executive Recruitment, analysis experts, and diversity colleagues to deploy the Bank's Talent process.
  • Enable managers in the annual Talent Tables and the realization of strategic projects related to identifying and developing future leaders.
  • Exercise strong leadership as a central point for future leaders, influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Monitor Talent processes, manage risks, and identify deviations to promote internal mobilization and mobility.
  • Participate in designing and implementing targeted development experiences linked to the needs of future leaders and business objectives.
  • Analyze Talent data, track key indicators, and propose recommendations to strengthen leadership development initiatives.

Team and Environment:

You will be part of a team of 4 colleagues within the Employee Experience sector, reporting to the Director General. Your team is at the heart of the Bank's cultural evolution, contributing to promoting leadership development and talent mobilization, with the mission of creating a stimulating work environment for employees and preparing future leaders for business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with significant experience in a business HR partner or organizational development role.
  • Expertise in project management, effective communication, change management, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent presentation, analysis, and executive writing skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, ability to collaborate, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience in animation, presentation, and leadership development, as well as leadership and team development certifications are assets.

Language:

English is required for close collaboration with colleagues outside of Quebec.
