Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Analyze financial data including property valuations, cash flow projections, and investment returns.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders outlining investment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the real estate team to assess potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
  • Monitor industry news and economic indicators to stay informed on market conditions.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for real estate transactions.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and software to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
  • Review and verify transaction documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update transaction management systems and databases.
  • Liaise with agents, clients, lawyers, and other members involved to ensure seamless communication and transaction flow.
  • Prepare and distribute transactionrelated documents and disclosures.
  • Track and manage critical dates and deadlines for all transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and agents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to relevant parties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data entry and analysis.
  • Experience in a real estate or financial analysis role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with industry software such as QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Needs to know how to operate LoneWolf and BrokerBay.
