Must be able to work day shifts Monday to Friday
Skills required for the position:
- Primary point of contact for clients
- Operating multiple phone lines and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience are a must
- Keen organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Maintain the filing system
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English and ability to efficiently proofread documents
- Reliable individual ontime and willing to assist coworkers to get the job done

$20.00-$23.00 per hour
