The Well Medical Clinic_ has been proudly serving the community since 2010 and we are located in Coquitlam on Austin Ave and Blue Mountain St. We are a
multidisciplinary clinic with family physicians, chiropractors, acupuncturists, registered massage therapists, and kinesiologists.

Responsibilities:_
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Provide coordination support by organizing documents, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members
- Assist with various receptionist duties
- Scheduling appointments, coordinating the schedule, managing staff, and ensuring that the clinic is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Supervise and lead a team of heart health professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:_
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus (medical office assistant certificate)
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in Korean is an asset
Pay:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
