Our client in the professional services/consulting sector is looking for an Administrative Assistant to become part of their team.

As a key member of the admin team, you will collaborate with the principals and other stakeholders to assist in preparing and delivering proposals and other client-focused materials. Additionally, you will work with your team to manage and carry out essential office administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong willingness to acquire new skills and methods, take pride in delivering high-quality work, perform effectively under pressure to meet multiple deadlines, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills to achieve daily objectives.


Responsibilities:
- Typing, proofreading, and formatting various documents like reports, letters, and memos.
- Proofreading and formatting proposals to ensure accuracy in calculations.
- Coordinating project authorizations with key stakeholders.
- Assisting in scheduling site visits for the review and completion of field reports.
- Managing office supplies and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Helping organize office and social events.
- Acting as backup receptionist to handle calls, greet clients, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- Excellent typing speed.
- Advanced business writing abilities in English (spelling, grammar, punctuation).
