Position:

Office Administrative Assistants & Receptionists

Responsibilities:

Liaising with various internal and external teams

Assist Purchasing and inventory control

Support sales department as daily operation function

Requirements:

Fluent in both verbal and written English

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Especially Excel, MS Word

Experience with ERP [for example, SAP] is preferred

Accounting experience is preferred

Must demonstrate a high level of customer service; attention to detail; organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through ability

Excellent interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
