Responsibilities:

Reception duties
Receive, inform, guide visitors and clients
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the front office, reception, and kitchen area
Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls
Preparing and sending invoices
Preparing and submitting expense reports (excel)
Coordinate boardroom scheduling, prepare, and tidy boardroom before and after meetings
Maintain and replenish office supplies and any other inventories
Manage incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis
Maintain office files
Support the office staff with basic tasks to increase productivity

Qualifications:

Related office admin experience
Great telephone etiquette

Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
High attention to detail

Problem solving skills.
Resourcefulness
Ability to multi-task and to take initiative
Exceptional organizational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to $40,000.00 per year
