Job Description:

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our team. This role is fully commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for the right candidate. As a Sales and Account Manager at Hireflx, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the growing industries, ideally AI / Machine Learning, FinTech, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Healthcare.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients
  • Track and report on sales activities and results
  • Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred not required)
