About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting large-scale sales enterprises that have implemented Amazon Pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Manage and support large-scale sales enterprises that have implemented Amazon Pay, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  2. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business partners, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategic partnerships to drive business success.
  3. Sales Growth: Increase sales revenue for assigned accounts by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Project Management: Manage and oversee the implementation of Amazon Pay UI/UX improvements and related development projects for assigned accounts.
  5. Customer Needs: Understand and address complex customer needs, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
  6. Contract Renewals: Negotiate contract renewals with assigned accounts, working closely with internal finance and legal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  7. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  8. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects, driving collaboration and results across teams.
  9. Analytics: Utilize tools such as Salesforce and other analytics platforms to analyze data, track key performance indicators, and inform sales strategies.
