__ Executive Assistant of
CEO (Maternity Backfill for 13 months)_
- MyHealth Centre is looking for a qualified Executive Assistant who will be reporting directly to the
CEO. This individual will assist with providing executive support in a oneonone working relationship. They will be responsible for helping with various administrative and organizational needs such as assisting with communication with colleagues or external vendors on behalf of the
CEO, coordinating appointments, and overseeing schedules etc._ - MyHealth Centre is the largest operator of independent diagnostic health facilities in Ontario. More than 15,000 Ontario healthcare providers refer their patients to MyHealth Centre's 40 accredited locations for OHIPcovered cardiology, imaging, women's health, telehealth, and sleep diagnostic services._

Reporting to:
CEO
Responsibilities:
- Handle requests and queries appropriately as instructed by the
CEO, perform followups on behalf of the
CEO as instructed. - Maintain and manage social media accounts.
- Communicate with key stakeholders.
- Arrange travel and hotel accommodation for the
CEO and other senior management staff. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events, social gatherings, holiday parties and other similar activities.
- Prepare meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
- Coordinate between departments in resolving daytoday administrative and operational problems for the
CEO. - Support various departments with administrative duties and ad hoc projects including but not limited to Human Resources, Accounting/Finance and Corporate Initiatives as assigned.
- Custodian of confidential records.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- 25 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends if required.
- Good command of the English language and excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, and organizational and interpersonal skills is a must.
- Ability to work independently.
- Problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Professionalism and strong sense of confidentiality.

Have a cheerful, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with others as well as the ability to work independently and treat everyone with respect, dignity and kindness.
