We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our client's dynamic team in the printing industry. This on-site role offers a Monday through Friday schedule. You will enjoy a 15-minute morning and afternoon break, as well as a 60-minute lunch break. This position provides the opportunity to work in a passionate and inclusive team environment.

What is in it for you:

  • Hourly salary of $21.68.
  • 12-month contract.
  • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

Weekday schedule:
from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:
Reception Support

  • Answer and route incoming calls.
  • Greet and sign in guests, maintaining a visitor log.
  • Administer visitor badges/cards, manage inventory, and oversee sign-in/sign-out procedures.
  • Schedule conference rooms as needed.
  • Maintain a neat, professional reception area.
  • Update and manage the Reception handbook/guidelines.
  • Assist with booking conference rooms, setup, and catering for external and internal meetings.
Office Support

  • Ensure boardrooms are clean and in standard configuration, checking daily and before/after meetings.
  • Order office supplies and manage stock via the established process.
  • Refill copier paper twice daily and place service calls as needed.
  • Stock kitchen, pantries, lunch room, and coffee stations daily; ensure they are neat and organized.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, internal mail, courier packages, and distribute throughout the office.
  • Distribute incoming faxes.
Records Support

  • Handle file creation, retrieval, and management of onsite and offsite file activities according to procedures and policies.
  • Conduct annual purge activities.
  • Provide policy support through scanning and filing.
What you will need to succeed:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Office coordinator experience.
  • Printing experience is a plus.
  • Mailing experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
