Office Coordinator Job Description

Are you an administrative professional looking for a new challenge? CB Canada is seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Our client is a dynamic organization that values teamwork and collaboration. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our event planning team and providing administrative support to our clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan events, including booking venues, invoicing contractors, and ordering event supplies.
  • Set up meetings, book travel, and maintain a organized office environment.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
