What you will do:
- Welcome customers with a smile and a positive attitude
- Provide topnotch customer service and answer any questions they may have
- Build trust and rapport with customers and maintain longterm relationships
- Schedule appointments for vehicle estimates, repairs, and followups
- Manage customer accounts, records, and documents
- Receive and organize parts deliveries
- Work in a fastpaced environment and juggle multiple tasks
- Use the right tools and methods to provide accurate and complete information
What you need:
- Experience in Front Office Administration and/or Customer Support
- Customeroriented mindset and experience in retail, sales, service, or hospitality
- Dependability, reliability, and attention to detail
- Strong phone and listening skills
- Organization, problemsolving, and timemanagement skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology (an asset)
- Valid G driver's license and clean driving record
