Our High-Rise Division is Hiring a Customer Service Administrator at our Maverick Condominium Project in Toronto, ON.

In this customer-facing role, the Customer Service Administrator brings hands-on expertise to address your homeowners needs working in partnerships with our trades to ensure level of quality is top notch.

Customer Service Administrator is responsible for coordinating on-site service/warranty administration and database management of Tarion obligations with purchasers, construction, and trade partners from pre-delivery through to year-end warranty periods.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide administration assistance to all warranty coordinators and management staff as required.
  • Assist the Manager in obtaining all fixtures and finishes warranty information for the purpose of creating a PDI take away booklet for the Pre-Delivery Inspections and assist with their preparation.
  • Maintain and manage the ongoing occupancy schedule once determined for distribution to all service employees and Fortune CCP.
  • Act as primary contact with Fortune CCP the third party PDI company ensure communication of all PDI dates for the purpose of coordinating the PDI cleans.
  • Maintain master contacts list for all site trades and update as required.
  • Daily enters and completes all data entry for deficiencies for Newstar programs, Bridgit provided by coordinators, service technicians and trades.
  • Assists with compiling new home packages, key packages, PDI packages, printing, and office filing.
  • Responsible for the daily review of all site deficiency reports and the associated distribution completion letters for PDI, 30 Day, Midyear, Year end and 2nd Year items.
  • Conducting owner outreach at predetermined intervals throughout the year to ensure continuous communication and service efforts.

What you'll bring:

  • 23 years of customer service experience in high rise construction high volume site.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
  • Familiar with Tarion Guidelines.
  • Previous Bridgit and Newstar experience preferred but not required.
