About the position:***The National Sales Manager is the conductor of our company's revenue engine. They create and nurture our high-performance sales team and lead them to generate revenue and meet customer needs.

The National Sales Manager will provide guidance, training, and mentorship for our sales team.

They will oversee Canadian sales by working with SOLV4EX's Vertical leadership and Marketing department to execute strategic go-to-market business plans, focus and account alignment.


The National Sales Manager will be responsible for:
People Management

  • Meet with Canadian Energy Sales Staff to review performance, progress, and targets.
  • Unite the team: Ensure Sales Staff work as a positive unit and share their best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable sales process, work with Sales Staff to implement the sales process
Customer Relations

  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
  • Assist to resolve escalated customer inquiries regarding sales and service.
Business Management

  • Lead and drive national sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist to project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue.
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Coordinate sales strategies with senior executives and other departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Retail Management or similar field.
  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar managerial role.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles.
  • Sound understanding of optimization of sales and standards for success.
  • Working knowledge of ERP software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to travel (occasionally as much as 50% of the time).
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
