At Hillman, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales strategy, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and excellence across our national service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service strategies to meet store leadership and associate needs.
  • Oversee and coach a national team of Detailer Supervisors to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor service metrics, analyze customer feedback, and address gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Hire and onboard talent, communicate effectively, and foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Travel quarterly to ensure territories are being maintained and work with Supervisors and teams to drive best placement and customer relations.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, including a supervisory or lead role.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive business growth.
  • Proven experience managing service teams/national accounts/partnerships and driving business growth.
  • High energy, self-starter with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Effective, strong communication skills with senior leaders.
