Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records and prepare reports for management.
  • Prepare invoices for billing and collection.
  • Prepare expense reports for billing and reimbursement.
  • Prepare payroll for payroll processing.
  • Manage all accounting related documents, including but not limited to: invoices, checks, statements, etc.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable; record payments and handle customer accounts.
  • Handle all accounts receivable functions, including filing, paying out invoices, collecting payments, auditing customer accounts, and preparing monthly statements.
  • Assist with month end close process by performing various tasks such as preparing reports, preparing financial statements, analyzing data, and preparing financial statements for month end close process.
  • Assist with other accounting related projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred in Accounting or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in an accounting environment preferred; experience with QuickBooks is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
