WHO YOU ARE:


You are an HR Coordinator extraordinaire You've got the knack for prioritizing tasks and delegating like a boss, making sure everything's on point.

Supporting your HR team is your passion, and you thrive in the fast-paced environment.

You handle confidential stuff with ninja-level secrecy, and you know your HR processes inside out, from hiring to employee relations.

Your charm and tact make you a pro at building solid relationships with the team and external peeps. Plus, your love for movies brings some fun and creativity to the table

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, evaluate and update all orientation and onboarding, programs.
  • Administer certification programs for first aid, food safety and alcohol service.
  • Support the creation and implementation of programs that bring the corporate values to life.
  • Support the recruitment process by acting as administrator for the ATS and assisting with recruitment activities, including prescreening, offer letters and onboarding.
  • Support workplace Health and Safety processes, including tracking of incident reports.
  • Maintain annual HR planning calendar and tracking of progress.
  • Support the execution and administration of annual salary planning and bonus delivery.
  • Act as administrative resource to the HR department and provide support to the payroll team as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Comfortable in providing/presenting recommendations/advice in areas of expertise
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • 12 years related Human Resources experience
  • Above average organization skills and multitasking abilities
