Insurance Brokerage is hiring a receptionist / admin assistant.

Location:
Markham, ON

Qualification:

  • Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen or work permit
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be positive and eager to learn
  • Must be a team player
  • Fluent in Cantonese is an asset
  • Customer services or office experience is an asset

Duties:

  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Liaising with managers, clients, agents, and other staff.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

From $16.00 per hour
