We are seeking a skilled Disability Administrator to join our team at People Corporation. As a Disability Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting members with inquiries about their benefit plans and adjudicating claims for WI benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess claims for WI benefits, including Employee and Physician Statements
  • Prepare and process weekly claims payments and direct deposit payments for WI claims
  • Handle letters for approved or declined WI claims
  • Assist members with inquiries about their benefit plans, including disability, eligibility, and LTD applications
  • Prepare disability reports for Trustee meetings
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous claims experience, including Short Term Disability/WI knowledge
  • Extended health care and dental benefits
