Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Teamrecruiter.com. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that meeting rooms are prepared for use.
  • Assist with general accounting duties, including payroll, and provide administrative support to colleagues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office management.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset, as is past experience in payroll or accounting.
