A position as a Mortgage Administrator in a hybrid contract opportunity is available at Robert Half Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process commercial mortgage documentation
  • Review documents
  • Review mortgage documentation received
  • Audit auto-approved mortgage applications for compliance
  • Assist the mortgage underwriting team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to residential mortgage policies and procedures
  • Address telephone and email inquiries
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Bilingual French / English as asset
  • Prior experience in commercial mortgages is essential
  • Good understanding of mortgage business, required documentation, credit, and lending
  • Ability to analyze financial statements as part of the appraisal process
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Capable of working in a hybrid office environment a few days per week
