As ATB's next Identity & Access Management Analyst, you will be a strong team player with a knack for solving complex problems and translating technical information into action items. You'll be accountable for access governance, process documentation and effectively supporting all enterprise identity and access related requests. The team will act as a single point of intake/contact for all access requests, you'll quickly become an expert in existing access workflows and work in partnership with the larger Enterprise Identity & Access Management team to develop new ones.


Experience with Salesforce role administration, Identity Provider configuration, Access control systems, Automation, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and a desire for continuous improvement will be a strong asset to this role.


  • Adherence to a performance based SLA, access changes in our environment are fast paced and sometimes very complex. We need someone who can keep up, especially when under pressure
  • Assess, design, implement and support solutions for Identity & access provisioning processes.
  • Manage access & entitlement request processes and incident/problem tickets.
  • Define controls, assist in audit activities, and liaise with partners across the organization to enforce the principle of least privilege
  • Display a strong ability to problem solve and prioritize critical immediate needs
  • Act as a representative of the Identity & Access Management team, working to promote strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders that are dependent on our services.
  • Consistently evaluate new and existing Identity & Access processes seeking process efficiencies and capitalizing on opportunities for automation.
  • Read, follow and develop standard operating procedure documentation.
  • Establish a collaborative relationship with key business Team Members to identify and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of general experience within an IT Enterprise field
  • Demonstrated experience with Active Directory in an enterprise environment
  • Desired experience with Google Cloud Platform, ServiceNow / ITIL v
  • Have completed or are working towards industry standard certifications such as CISSP, SSCP or Google PCSE
  • Privileged Access Management experience is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with NIST framework and information security concepts such as the principle of least privilege
  • Strong soft skills with the ability to appropriately translate technical access controls into business terms
  • Proven capability to map, translate, and improve processes is a must
  • Proven researching and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong familiarity with Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems is an asset
  • Business Analyst or Product Management experience is considered an asset
  • Development experience within the agile framework is considered an asset
  • Experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash and Shell scripting is considered an asset
  • Strong team player who can act independently and be accountable for themselves and others
