The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain (SC) Contracts - Integrity and Operations Canada is responsible to create, maintain and advance current data tools utilized by SC and the Business Unit (BU) with a high level of data integrity.

Tools include Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, PowerBi dashboards, SAP/Ariba, Microsoft Power Apps, vendor invoice management and E-commerce invoice payment systems, Internal and External SharePoint sites, which detail market intelligence, demand planning, supply chain performance and other areas used to develop SC strategies or troubleshoot issues.

This role will have responsibility to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to collect and analyze data.

The role is responsible for all change management, communications, questions, and training that relates to the tools.


Additionally, the role will include working collaboratively with stakeholders and project teams to map and document supply chain processes and workload and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in collaboration with leadership and other stakeholders.

Collect, compile, normalize data and information and format/present in accordance with the requirements applicable to the audience

Create and maintain dashboards to facilitate monitoring and sharing information and analysis leveraging all available data sources as applicable – finance, purchasing, project controls, planning, suppliers, etc.

Lead strategic projects and ad-hoc analysis as well as liaise with Supply Chain initiative leads and other stakeholder areas to ensure coordination and collaboration of effort
Assist and support in the development of training, change management and communication protocols related to process and documentation changes
Good understanding of SAP modules, Ariba and Contract Management System
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power Apps
Ability to influence without authority, ability to network and leverage relationships and collaborate with diverse groups
