Job Description:
This role is required to support CyberArk EPM (PAM) and Passwordless (EIAM) PoC/Pilot.

These two are the critical capabilities which are required to strengthen our clients Privileged Access Management and Identity Access Management capabilities and ultimately elevate their security posture.

These capabilities would reduce risk of Cyber-attacks on critical assets.

Overview:

The Senior Business Analyst (BA) is accountable for gathering functional & nonfunctional requirements for Identity and Privileged Access Management domains.

They will work with stakeholders to identify gaps and technical teams on proposed solutions to enhance security, control deficiencies and compliance to audit and regulatory expectations.

The BA must ensure adherence to organizational standards, controls and policies. The Business Analyst focus is bringing solutions that reduce risks and improve operational excellence through automated processes.
Prior experience in Endpoint Privileged Management (CyberArk) and Passwordless (Hypr, Microsoft) is highly preferred

Key deliverables/Responsibilities:

Applies in-depth Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Access Management (IAM) knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.

Requirements gathering of data and analysis of business needs.
Management of PAM and IAM client/stakeholder experience and interacting with various partners.
Managing multiple workstreams/projects.
Identify and resolve project issues.
Oversee project documentation deliverables.
Makes technical recommendations for business functional areas.
Stay abreast of industry technical and business trends (association, practice, learning)
Provides guidance and advice that has a large impact on cost, efficiency, compliance, service, and quality.

Works on complex matters and assignments of large scope, impact, and importance, where advanced business acumen and/or ingenuity are required.

Applies in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge in either a broad discipline or narrow, specialized field. Has a seasoned understanding of the business and industry environment.
Advises management to develop strategies on matters of significance.
Works with management to support the development of department strategy and operational objectives.
Begins to lead employees on the development of methods, techniques, and various analytical approaches.
Works with senior professionals/leadership to identify opportunities to develop new processes, tools, and services.
Serves as a resource integrator – builds professional networks and identifies/connects resources to solve problems/issues and achieve goals. Regularly contributes actionable ideas in planning/design sessions.
Often operates in ambiguous situations and provides original/innovative and possibly precedent-setting processes and technical guidance to others.
Collaborates with management to identify and pursue innovative opportunities to build new processes, tools, techniques, products, and services.
Uses advanced professional concepts to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

Requirements:
Ability to communicate well and translate technical requirements into clear business speak and vice versa.
Good documentation skills.
Good analytical skills.
Prior experience in Privileged Access Management and Identity and Access Management.
