The Office Administrator is responsible for maintaining the day to day financial, accounting and personnel services to meet and support the operation of Robar's St Bruno Plant.

- Ceridian (système de paie)
- Traduction de documents et de communications
- Achats (fournitures de bureau, fournitures d'atelier)
- Négocier les prix avec les fournisseurs et demander des soumissions.
- Réception et entrée des bons de commande des fournisseurs
- Traitement des comptes à payer
- Feuille de calcul Excel pour le transport et le fret (A/P)
- Clôture du mois pour les comptes à payer/à recevoir
- Ajouter de nouveaux vendeurs dans le système
