Position: Account Manager
Location: Oakville
This is a full-time, permanent role focused on managing major music label accounts. We are seeking a positive and energetic individual with strong motivation for team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries
- Utilize custom Precision software for creating sales quotations
- Process new orders and assist with paperwork preparation
- Provide proactive customer care throughout project duration
- Collaborate with internal departments to navigate project challenges
- Perform other assigned duties
Physical Demands:
This is a sedentary office-based role involving standard office equipment operation. The position requires mostly desk work with limited walking. The role also includes repetitive arm, wrist, hand, or finger movements. Visual acuity is necessary for various tasks such as data analysis and computer work. Occasional lifting of cartons up to 30lbs may be required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales and project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite
- Strong self-initiative and work ethic
- Excellent team player with effective communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and project management
