_**Supervisory Responsibilities**:_
- Manages the accounting staffs who are responsible for financial reporting, A/P, A/R, GL, payroll, and budget preparation.
- Recruits and hires accounting and financial staff and conducts performance evaluations.
- Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.
- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Develop Business Plans and optimize financial processes in order to drive efficiencies while maintaining a strong compliance culture.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Work with other departments and direct the preparation in development financial business plan and track/explain variance on an ongoing basis in annual Budget process and financial forecasts.
- Prepare and publish timely weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, analysis and reconciliation’s including recommend corrective action.
- Audits accounts to ensure compliance with regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
- Prepare reports for payroll and bonus.
- Present ongoing outlook in relation to plan and year ago data by category and manage risks and opportunities.
- Provide Financial support for all key Commercial Meetings including Monthly performance reviews, Annual plans, Demand Review meetings.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage and comply with federal government reporting requirements and tax fillings.
- Additional controller duties as necessary.
- Must be proficient in English and **Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $69,695.00-$89,885.00 per year
