Job Duties/Accountabilities:
(Will train)

  • Book moving jobs for the company manage the company calendar for house walkthroughs (quotes), moving jobs and any followups.
  • Keep accurate records to create estimates and to invoice customers.
  • Keep track of warehouse inventory for clients and company sales.
  • Keep track of moving job(s) responsibilities/duties.
  • Ability to maintain company's marketing impressions on social media outlets and websites.
  • Processing inquiries and liaising with clients.
  • Maintain an order of office supplies as well as handle electronic and workstation requirements.

Additional Information:

  • Availability: Regular hours will be from 9am to 5pm on Mondays through Friday
