Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Store team as a Shipper/Receiver. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing Incoming/Outgoing Merchandise: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of merchandise in the shipping/receiving area of the store.
  • Inventory Management: Champion the maintenance of store merchandise and maintain stock levels to meet customer demands.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with in-store team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Accountability: Take ownership of ensuring all merchandise is received, scanned, and tagged accurately.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy boxes, work on your feet, and bend, kneel, and move as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing merchandise receipts and ensure accuracy.
  • Teamwork: Effective communication and collaboration with store team members.
  • Logistics Support: Assist the logistics team in placing and locating products on the sales floor.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with physical inventory, bi-annually.
