Key Responsibilities:

Assist with requests/enquiries which may include extensive research of various kinds of current and historical records. Update status of each request/enquiry on the tracking system as the file progresses. Identify and inform the Supervisor of complaints as well as trends and opportunities to improve service levels, apparent by the nature and number of enquiries. Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the services offered by clients to their security holders and keep up-to-date on circumstances which affect the security holders especially security transfer requirements. Maintain and provide monthly statistics for fee and performance reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Keep operational procedures and guidelines up-to-date and enrich them whenever needed Help further strengthen the risk framework by acting as first line of defense and implementing relevant controls Help streamline the process flows and develop initiatives to increase the added value for the clients, their shareholders and the company Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Must Have(s)

College diploma or university degree in business and/or finance, or equivalent experience 1 to 3 years experience in a similar administrative role, an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google suite This role is 5 days/week at the office

Nice to Have(s)

Bilingual English/French (contacts and collaboration with clients and colleagues English only) would be an asset Financial services industry experience would be an asset
