We are currently in search of a Legal Administrative Coordinator to enhance our operations. This role entails collaborating with a dedicated group of legal professionals while managing a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and communications;
- Preparing necessary court filings and legal paperwork;
- Overseeing client documentation;
- Facilitating communication through phone calls with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Tracking billable hours and generating invoices;
- Document formatting and organization;
- Coordinating schedules and appointments;
- Completing various administrative paperwork;
- Performing additional related duties as required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a legal administrative role;
- Preferred background in legal secretary training;
- Fluency in both French and English (oral and written);
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing situations.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience;
