Proveo (formerly Impact Safety Solutions and SmogBuster) has set about to transform this industry via technology and offer a new consolidated service offering, Confined Space Management.


With the largest North American fleet of Remote Confined Space Monitoring (RCSM) and industrial ventilation, we are able to replace conventional safety personnel required near the workface and monitor the space remotely, in a safer and more effective manner.

Role

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Screen visitors and phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Pick up supplies and office equipment.
  • File forms and documents.
  • Support finance department during busy seasons: Payroll, AP/AR, data entry.
  • Support training and onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
  • Other administrative support as required.

Qualifications

  • Work experience as an Admin Assistant, Finance Assistant, bookkeeper, or similar role.
  • Good Organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures is an asset.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
Work to be conducted out of our Edmonton office.

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
