Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy: Craft a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overarching business goals, identifying target markets, creating sales plans, and establishing realistic sales targets.
- Manage and lead the sales team: Oversee the performance of sales and business development managers, RCICs, and other team members. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to assist them in achieving their sales objectives.
- Develop performance management systems: Create and uphold performance management systems to track the sales team's advancement and ensure accountability. Conduct regular performance evaluations, establish clear expectations, and offer feedback for enhancement.
- Ensure efficient lead conversion process: From initial contact to client onboarding, ensure the successful implementation of the lead conversion process. Collaborate with the call center team and leverage tools like CRM and WhatsApp Business API for process optimization.
- Analyze and report on sales data: Monitor and analyze sales data to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Regularly report to management on sales performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance the sales strategy.
- Develop and train the sales team: Recognize training needs and provide continuous professional development opportunities for the sales team. Represent the company at industry events, partake in networking activities to generate leads, and bolster brand recognition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, ideally in the immigration or professional services sector
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Proficient in analytics and problem-solving, leveraging data for decision-making
- Familiarity with CRM systems, call center software, and lead conversion processes
- Preferably knowledgeable about the immigration industry or a related field
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, while fluency in Hindi and Punjabi is an advantage
