Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Sales Executive to join our Canadian team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities within the Canadian region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update our CRM system, including leads, opportunities, and remarketing, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate the National Sales Huddle and prepare supporting materials to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Generate regular sales reports and analysis for the sales and sales management team to inform strategic decision-making.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into sales trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback to the sales team regarding market developments and customer preferences.
- Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 4 years of proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with experience managing data and generating reports.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing contracts, agreements, and sales quotations.
- Bilingual (French and English) is considered an asset.
