Educational Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services.
  • Evaluate the needs of the organization to create specifications for required equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Formulate specifications for items to be acquired.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers to secure advantageous offers.
  • Engage in consultations with suppliers to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Analyze and review supplier quotations.
  • Establish and define contract terms and conditions.
  • Assign contracts to suitable vendors.
  • Coordinate delivery timelines and monitor adherence to schedules.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to address and resolve any issues.
Required Skills and Experience

The candidate should have:

  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a related field.
  • Specialization: Proficiency in negotiation.
