Marketing Coordinator

Oscar Truck Sales Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Act as Spokesperson: Represent the company in a professional manner and communicate effectively with clients, media, and other stakeholders.
- Advise Clients: Provide expert advice on advertising and sales promotion strategies to clients.
- Answer Inquiries: Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients, media, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in Preparation: Help prepare brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate Events: Organize and coordinate special publicity events and promotions.
- Conduct Surveys: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to gather market research data.
- Gather Research: Gather and research communications material to support marketing efforts.
- Initiate Contact: Establish and maintain contact with the media to promote the company's brand.
- Prepare Programs: Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.
- Prepare Contracts: Prepare sports, literary, performance, or other contracts.
- Supervision: Work under the supervision of a senior marketing professional.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, and team player skills.
