POSITION OVERVIEW:
The primary role of the ERP Project Administrator is to provide a full range of administrative support to the ERP Project Manager and coordinate the activities within the ERP implementation project.
The ERP Project Administrator will assist in achieving the project goals achievement, including time, budget and quality, and will work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Core Team, Business Systems Analyst, and Functional and Technical teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, meeting locations, booking travel, and preparing materials.
- Help in communicating project status and updates to the project team, stakeholders, and management.
- Assist in coordinating project activities, including meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Also assist in coordinating requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Assist in tracking project progress, including monitoring project milestones and deliverables.
- Help identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as appropriate.
- Assist in managing project resources, including staffing, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Assist in project closure activities, including lessons learned, project evaluation, and handover to operational teams.
- Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action plans, status reports, project plans, and change requests.
- Help ensure that project deliverables meet functional and technical requirements.
COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills, Ability)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure must adhere to deadlines and be able to prioritize.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to take minutes, build presentations and summarize information.
- Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver/execute results.

- Capability to work in a team environment with crossfunctional and diverse teams.
- Detail and taskoriented with strong analytical skills.

- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Certification in project management is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP is an asset.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant business administration, project management or engineering background in support duties with at least 3 years of work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in project administration, preferably on IT projects.
- Experience performing administrative duties for different stakeholders.
- The flexibility of the schedule.
