Project Coordinator Job Description

Cascade Aerospace is a dynamic and innovative company that offers a unique opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, working closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the drafting and issuance of proposals, RFQs, budgets, and preliminary schedules.
  • Set up projects in the ERP system and conduct pre-kickoff activities, including generating project charters, stakeholder registers, and project organization and communication charts.
  • Draft project schedules and create comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Attend client meetings and assist in determining project requirements.
  • Monitor project plans, work hours, and budget reports, and update the project team on project information, status, and issues that may impact client relations.
  • Ensure client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with project management software.
  • Diploma in Administration, Project Management, or other technical discipline, and PMP training designation is an asset.
  • 3-4 years' experience providing administrative/organizational support and liaising with cross-functional teams.
