Job Description

Tasu Construction is looking for a motivated team
player to join our construction team as the Office Administrator for an
up-and-coming remote installation and modular construction company.

The Company oversees several construction
projects at any given time with our core focus being modular construction in
the workforce accommodation industry. The Office Administrator reports to the Vice
President and oversees and implements administrative procedures, establishes
work priorities, conducts analyses of administrative operations and coordinates
the acquisition of administrative services such as supplies and services.

Responsibilities

Office Administration

·Front
office activities including managing deliveries, answering phone calls,
maintaining office stationery and stock supplies

·Key
point of contact for IT and software management

·Travel
and logistics coordination, specifically flights, hotels and vehicles

·Event
planning as required

Accounting

Provides support to the following:

·Accounts
receivable

·Banking
deposits

·Monitors
accounts, records, and report systems, ensuring compliance with applicable
standards and regulation requirements

·Payroll
support for approximately 10 employees

Human Resources

·Manage
job postings, pre-screen candidates and coordinate interviews

·Maintain
employee files, records, training and update certifications

Marketing and Media

·Maintains
website

·Creates
marketing and promotional materials

·Monitors
and posts to social media accounts

Knowledge and Qualifications:

·A
minimum of 2 years office administration required

·A
minimum of 2 years bookkeeping, payroll and/or general accounting experience is
required

·Experience
with Quickbooks online and Dext is an asset

·Experience with managing Social Media
accounts and marketing campaigns/ Google adds is an asset.

Salary range:
from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, plus benefits and incentives.
