As an Office Administrator, you'll play a crucial role within our Calgaryoffice , starting immediately. We're looking for someone with a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities within our dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere by warmly welcoming visitors and representing our company and business partners.
  • Facilitate the interviewing process by guiding candidates with professionalism and respect.
  • Support the candidate onboarding process, providing assistance with paperwork, including background checks, and ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to email, phone, and face-to-face inquiries, displaying a professional approach.
  • Assist team members with correspondence, mail, invoices, expenses, and reports, contributing to smooth operations.
  • Safeguard sensitive information by maintaining confidentiality and handling computer and manual filing systems with care.
  • Update team rosters and track pay accurately through data entry tasks.
  • Contribute to office efficiency by handling administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
  • Be a reliable support to the office manager, lending a hand whenever required.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM to ensure efficient task completion.
