  • Train team members
  • Manage administrative tasks and conflicts
  • Provide information to clients
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Manage office functions and appointments
  • Communicate with contractors for maintenance
  • Handle database entry
Supervision:
  • Oversight of 1 to 2 individuals
Certifications and Skills:
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Proficiency in various software including Quick Books and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of electronic mail and social media platforms
  • Experience in project coordination
Work Environment:

  • Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
